Who can access your services?
Anyone in need can reach out. Our services are prioritized for low-income, uninsured, undocumented, and underserved individuals and families in Los Angeles.
Do I need insurance to receive care?
No. We provide care regardless of insurance status. If you do have coverage, we can work with your provider, but it’s not required.
Are services free?
Many of our core services are free or offered on a sliding scale. Some specialty services may require small contributions, but no one is turned away for inability to pay.
Is everything bilingual?
Yes. We offer services in both English and Spanish, and we’re expanding our capacity to meet the needs of other linguistic communities as well.
